Zoning Cases

Nearly all development projects must go through zoning.  Changes to a PD, rezoning for a different land use, etc. takes time and involves many moving parts.  Hearings are held in front of the commission or city council usually with activists & neighbors having input on your project.  Have someone in your corner that knows the process and how to get a project through is what H2H Planning does.

Urban Forestry

Over the last 5 to 10 years Urban Forestry has played a more active role in projects.  Having an adequate green canopy figured into a project is important.  Knowing the does & don'ts in this area makes a real difference to the viability of a project.
